    Hi Agnieszka,

Soon I am releasing a self-stretching AIS video that will help you with your migraine headaches. It will be available on my website within the next two weeks.
I am starting with the self-stretching video because it is safer and easier to perform. You will be able to follow along with the video and practice these exercises by yourself.
After paying for the video, you will be able to view it directly from your computer. There will be two videos. One that focuses on the upper body including neck, shoulder, upper back, arms, and headaches.
The other video will focus on the lower body, including low back pain, hip problems, leg muscles, glutes, and psoas. Each video will be $20 dollars.
I do have plans to produce an assisted stretching video series. But I have not started the filming process, so that project is far from ready. If you join my facebook fan page or my twitter page, you will be notified when the videos are available for purchase. My social media buttons are on the website in the upper right quadrant.

    Kind regards,

    Anthony Ohm

    Hi,
I’ve just found your website. My problem is daily migraines in the evenings. I have disc C5 C6 degeneration in the fist stages with nerve exits narrowing. Can these exercises be done without instructor? Do you have any manuals or videos that I could purchase to see exactly how they are done or get someone to help me with it?

I would very much appreciate your reply.

    Agnieszka

    Hi Faby,

I am currently editing a video series on AIS upper body self-stretching. I do intend to do a video series on psoas muscle stretching, it will be coming in the immediate future. You are correct, sitting for long periods of time will tighten the psoas muscle which will cause low back pain. Long periods of sitting can also cause pain in the gluteal muscles, but that is the a different set of stretches. And extensive sitting can also tighten the hamstrings, which is one of the tight muscles contributing to knee pain.
Please check back on my website periodically to see when more videos are available.

    Sincerely,

    Anthony Ohm

I would like to thank you for having these videos. They are very very helpfull. Is there a way you could have one about the “psoas muscle”? I have terrible pain on my femour, knee, gluteous and back pain when I do my homework since, I am sitting a long time. I would really apreciate it.

    Thank you in advance
    Faby

    Hi Donna C.

I recently did some filming of instructional videos for AIS stretching. So far, all my footage is on the upper body: chest, neck, arms, shoulders, upper back. And I have to find the time to edit the footage and then make it available. More video footage is in the works.

    Thanks for stopping by,

    Anthony Ohm

    hello,
I am a massage therapist and would like to know if you have training dvd’s available for sale? I actually came upon your site while I was looking for stretching techniques for a client that wants to see me for massage. He has been diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis. It is very similar to MS. The segment of the spine that is affected is L4 & L5. Can you suggest the best stretching techniques I can use on him?
Your immediate response would be greatly appreciated.
    regards,
